4.Prepare and accompany with customer audit, Follow up for audit improvement plan
5.On line defects analysis and handling
6.Process risk evaluation and action plan for improvement

Qualifications:
1.Above 5 years quality engineer position, working experience in NPI quality control is a plus
2.Familiar with SMT and semiconductor process
3.Familiar with TS 16949,APQC,SPC,FMEA,MSA,DOE and etc.
4.University degree with electronics or related major ,Fluent in written and oral English
5.Pro-active ,team player and self-motivated .
6.6 sigma qualification is a plus.

3.Customer Quality Engineer
Job Description:
1. Represent in resolution of quality issues from customer claim
2. Coordinate the disposition and analysis for the returned products.
3. Quick response for customer quality issue and close 8D report on time.
4. Work with related department for problem solving of customer quality issue.
5. Coordinate the implementation of actions against the found failure mode
6. Prepare the weekly/monthly quality report on time
Qualifications:
1. Over 3 years working experience in electrical or related field
2. Familiar with failure analysis and knowledge of 8D and other quality control tool
3. Reference C-SAM/CT operation experience is prefered
4. Good team work and communication skills; familiar with MS office operation
5. Bachelor or above in electrical major, Fluent English.

4.Process Engineer工艺工程师
Job Descriptions:
1.Quality control and process optimization
2.Buyoff new machine, draft WI and process control
3.Develop, maintain and improve continually the productivity yield, cycle time and cost
4.Continually optimize of machine parameter to improve the machine performance

5.生产培训主管
岗位描述：
1.制定各车间培训计划并做好培训月报
2.负责生产所有培训员的日常管理，人员招聘和绩效考核

岗位描述：
