市场拓展专员（无锡）
Inside Sales Representative (Wuxi)
Responsibility:
To promote and sell ADP products over the phone to existing and new customers within a geographically or account specified defined area, with the objective to expand the client base and generate valuable sales leads to help DMs to achieve revenue targets.
The Telemarketer will concentrate on daily outbound call for a period of 12-18 months. ADP will provide professional training and career development plan for the new hire. They will be treated as the talent pool for entire ADP.
Make outbound calls to target accounts to obtain new appointments, including research and compile account profile in SFDC
Refer high potential leads and set up related appointments for DM
Confirm appointments and be responsible for the quality of appointments
Participate in marketing events invitation thru the suspect follow up call
Strong learning ability and actively attend the trainings required
Achieve a well-defined monthly/quarterly/yearly target of above all
Become proficient regarding ADP products and services
Accomplish other ad-hoc tasks related to sales activities
Qualifications:
People with over 1 year telephone sales experience preferred, and fresh graduates interested in market expansion are welcome
Good language skill in both written and verbal English, level 6 of CET is a plus
Familiar with MS Office
Positive and have passion for sales, a good listener to handle rejections
Sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Able to work in dynamic environment and willing to take challenges
