1.Collaborate with GE Global Operations local business teams to translate business problems into statistical pieces, build and manage projects, utilize statistical tools to develop and implement actionable business solutions2.Develop report to identify drivers of growth, losses, profitability of consumer portfolios, and to highlight business issues and opportunities3.Participate in developing statistical models and strategies1.Master degree candidates who will finish graduate studies by 2016 or 20172.Candidates should hold degrees in disciplines with strong quantitative background, e.g. Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Physics, and Economics3.Excellent communication skills including fluent English and ability to organizing thoughts and articulate them4.Strong analytical aptitudes including broad skills in data manipulation, statistics knowledge background will be a plus5.Motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, professional and willing to work hard6. Proficiency in SAS/R/SPSS/Python1.Good communication technique in both speaking written of English & Mandarin2.Familiar with MS Software and PC operation3.Service oriented, passionate and initiative5.Can comply with the working schedule-at least 3days per week6.Major in Electrical engineering and automation1.Support Service Channel Development Manager for sales team daily work2.Region Sales and dealer data collection, analysis and reporting to support the channel planning
3.Count the dealer inventory, KPI ( included DI, CS (U/S& LCS), incentive
4.Channel SPA cases organize, follow up & analysis
5.Pilot program collection and analysis
6.Support others project what related indirect & direct sales to achieve productivity for the business1. Have passion, strong responsibility and curiosity
2. Excellent analytical capability
3. Excellent communication skill, exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people
4. Proficient at PC office software such as excel ,word, powerpoint etc.
5. Good English capability in both spoken and written
